I live in California and needed a property management company to manage a property I have near Rochester. Jakobson Management was the most responsive property management company I called...They make me want to buy more properties for them to manage.
This company is so professional in how they deal with clients and their accounts. They always are responsive and available. They deliver on their promises and are well managed.
So far JMC has been a great management company. They respond to issues and concerns within a reasonable amount of time. They seem to care and are very understanding. As long as you keep the apartment/house you're renting in good condition and don't break any rules of your lease then there shouldn't be any issues!
